Hill Valley Live / Hoverboarding / BTTF III Screening

Am zweiten Tag des fantastischen Abenteuers von we're going back durften wir endlich als Marty McFly (shinzo) und Doc Brown (modellbaubert) teilnehmen. ♥
-> Bevor wir aufbrachen, führte uns der Weg zu einem nahegelegenen Kiosk.
Dort kauften wir die USA Today Ausgabe von diesem Tag (22. Oktober 2015).
Im Gegensatz zur Zeitung mit dem selben Datum, die wir am Tag davor erhalten hatten lautete die Überschrift
"YOUTH JAILED - Martin McFly Junior Arrested for Theft"
statt
"GANG JAILED - Hoverboard Rampage Destroys Courthouse"

On the second day of this fantastic adventure of we're going back we were finally able to participate as
Marty McFly (shinzo) and Doc Brown (modellbaubert). ♥
-> Before we left, the way led us to a nearby kiosk.
There we bought the USA Today issue from that day (October 22, 2015).
In contrast to the newspaper with the same date that we received the day before, the headline was
"YOUTH JAILED - Martin McFly Junior Arrested for Theft"
instead of
"GANG JAILED - Hoverboard Rampage Destroys Courthouse"

Die Busse führten uns an diesem Morgen in ein kleines Städtchen namens Fillmore. Das Stadtzentrum hatte für diesen einen Tag eine unglaubliche Wandlung durchgeführt! :)
Ein großer Platz vor einem imposanten Gebäude wurde vom Hill Valley Stadtschild geziert. Die Rathausuhr war so aufgestellt worden, dass man mit ihr Fotos machen konnte.
Die beiden Raubkatzen, welche die Rathausuhr im Film umgeben, standen mit einer kleineren Rathausuhr oben auf dem Gebäude des Platzes.
Und die Band The Flux Capacitors spielte Songs aus den Filmen.
Im örtlichen Kino durften wir die Uraufführung der Restaurationsgeschichte des Film DeLoreans sehen, welchen wir am Tag zuvor in den Universal Studios kurz gesehen hatten.
Die Macher des Films waren da und es war eine tolle Stimmung. :)

Das kleine Kino hatte einen faszinierenden Charme und nach dem Film konnten wir sogar noch kurz ein Selfie mit Jeffrey Weissman machen, welchen wir bereits in London kennen
lernen durften. He is so smart! ♥
Er spielte die Rolle von George McFly (Martys Vater) in "Zurück in die Zukunft II und III".
Wir lernten viele weitere Fans und tolle
Zurück in die Zukunft Cosplayer kennen! ^__^
Außerdem erhielten wir eine weitere Zeitung von den Veranstaltern:
"EMMET BROWN COMMITTED"
That morning the buses took us to a small town called Fillmore. The city center had undergone an incredible change for that day! :)
A large square in front of an imposing building was adorned by the Hill Valley city sign. The town hall clock had been set up so that you could take pictures
with it.
The two big cats that surround the town hall clock in the film stood with a smaller town hall clock on top of the building of the square.
And the band The Flux Capacitors played songs from the films.
In the local cinema we were able to see the premiere of the restoration story of the film DeLoreans, which we had seen briefly the day before at Universal
Studios.
The makers of the film were there and it was a great atmosphere. :)

The small cinema had a fascinating charm and after the film we could even take a short selfie with Jeffrey Weissman, which we were able to get to know in London. He is so smart!

He played the role of George McFly (Marty's father) in "Back to the Future II and III".
We met many more fans and great Back to the future cosplayers! ^__^

Viele Fans nahmen mit ihren DeLoreans teil, die sie dort ausstellten. Weitere Zurück in die Zukunft Autos zierten die Straßen.
Ein baugleicher (oder original?) Zug aus Zurück in die Zukunft III stand auf den Schienen. Ihm gegenüber der böse gelbe Zug aus 1985, welcher im dritten Film die Zeitmaschine zerstört.. >__<#
Oliver und Terry von To The Future hatten ihren DeLorean so umgebaut, dass er auf den Schienen fahren konnte! ^__^
Gegen eine Spende für The Michael J. Fox Foundation - For Parkinsons's Research durfte man eine kurze Fahrt im DeLorean zwischen den beiden Zügen erleben.
Many fans participated with their DeLoreans, which they exhibited there. Back to the Future Cars adorned the streets.
An identical (or original?) Train from Back to the Future III was on the rails. Opposite him the evil yellow train from 1985, which destroyed the time machine in
the third film.. >__<#
To The Future's Oliver and Terry had modified their
DeLorean to run on the rails! ^__^
For a donation to The Michael J. Fox Foundation - For Parkinsons's Research, you could
experience a short ride in the DeLorean between the two trains.

Schaufenster des Städtchens hatten sich ebenfalls umgewandelt. Allerhand 80s Sachen konnte man bei "Blast from the Past" bestaunen. ;)
In einer Halle wurden Original-Requisiten ausgestellt, die am letzten Tag von "we're going back" versteigert wurden. Darunter eines der original
Hoverboards sowie ein Sport Almanach. Bei der Besichtigung hatten wir die Ehre, Desi DosSantos von Screen Used kennen zu lernen. Und modellbaubert durfte sogar das Original Fernglas von Doc Brown
aus "Zurück in die Zukunft II" in die Hand nehmen!! O___O
Am späteren Abend begegneten wir noch Allen "Al" White aus "Zurück in die Zukunft II". Er spielte den Familienvater "Lewis", der Marty aus dem Haus vertrieb nachdem dieser dachte, er bricht in sein eigenes Haus ein.
(Dadurch, dass sie jedoch im veränderten 1985 gelandet waren, wohnte dort die Familie von Lewis und Marty stieg in das Mädchenzimmer seiner Tochter ein. ;)
Lewis rannte Marty mit dem Baseballschläger hinterher.)
The town's shop windows had also changed. All sorts of 80s things could be admired at "Blast from the Past". ;)
Original props were exhibited in a hall and were auctioned off on the last day by "we're going back". Including one of the original hoverboards and a
sports almanac. During the tour, we had the honor of getting to know Desi DosSantos from Screen Used. And modellbaubert was even allowed to pick up the original Doc Brown binoculars from "Back to the Future II" !!

Later in the evening we met Allen "Al" White from "Back to the Future II". He played the family man "Lewis" who blew Marty off the house after
he thought he was breaking into his own house.
(Due to the fact that they had landed in the changed 1985, Lewis's family lived there and Marty got into his daughter's girl's room.;)
Lewis ran after Marty with the baseball bat.)

Eines der absoluten Highlights dieses Tages bestand darin, auf einem Hoverboard schweben zu dürfen.
Hierfür wurde die original Crew von damals angeheuert!
Die Hoverboards waren mit Stahlseilen an einem Krahn befestigt. Man wurde gesichert und durfte darauf stehen, während man hin und her geschwenkt wurde.
Absolut genial! :D
One of the absolute highlights of the day was being able to hover on a hoverboard.
The original crew from back then was hired for this!
The hoverboards were attached to a crane with steel cables. You were secured and allowed to stand on it while being swung back and forth.
Absolutely awesome! :D
An diesem Tag konnte ich endlich mein Valterra Skateboard abholen, welches ich schon vor vielen Monaten vorbestellt hatte.
Die Organisatoren von "we're going back" hatten es geschafft, dass Valterra nochmal exklusiv für dieses Event Marty McFlys Skateboard aus 1985 nachproduzierte. Da musste ich natürlich zuschlagen. :)
Am Abend unterhielten wir uns sehr lange mit Jack Alderman über die DeLorean Zeitmaschine und verglichen Skateboards aus 1985 mit meinem neuen.
Im Laufe dieses Tages erhielten wir noch zwei weitere Zeitungen:
"BROWN MANSION DESTROYED"
und
"Luckiest Man On Earth"
That day I was finally able to pick up my Valterra skateboard, which I had pre-ordered many months ago.
The organizers of "we're going back" managed to get Valterra to reproduce Marty McFly's skateboard from 1985 exclusively for this event. So of course I had to
strike. :)
In the evening we talked a lot with Jack Alderman about the DeLorean time machine and compared skateboards from 1985 with my new one.
During the day we received two more newspapers:
"BROWN MANSION DESTROYED"
and
"Luckiest Man On Earth"
